Cenveo Announces Scholarship Program Recipients

STAMFORD, CT - (June 23, 2010) Cenveo, Inc.’s (NYSE: CVO) Robert G. Burton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, announced this year’s recipients of the Cenveo scholarship program for employees’ children.

Mr. Burton stated:
“I am proud to report that 60 scholarships, the most allowed under IRS guidelines, worth a total of $200,000, were awarded to the deserving children of Cenveo’s employees. For the third year in a row, we have been able to assist in the educational needs of our employees’ children. As I have stated before, I believe that providing opportunities for the children of all of our employees benefits not only these deserving students, but that all of us benefit by their growth and their future contributions to society.”

Students were selected by looking at a range of important accomplishments such as educational success, community service, athletic team and club participation, as well as other related criteria. This is the third year of the program, which is entirely funded by the senior management team and the Company’s Board of Directors.
